Embracing Versatility as a Leader .

As a leader, much like a wolf guiding its pack, it is crucial to remain versatile and not confine oneself to a narrow path. Limiting a career to a single focus can restrict an engineer's full potential, narrowing the opportunities to explore various skills. This approach not only stifles creativity but also makes one vulnerable to being replaced by artificial intelligence, as focusing too heavily on a specific area diminishes the value of adaptability. Engineers, like leaders, should strive to embrace a wide spectrum of abilities to remain relevant and innovative in their fields.

In cybersecurity, my methodology is based on three distinct "boxes"—black, grey, and white—which are used to identify and analyze critical risks. Viewing corporate security as a triangular pyramid, the top represents the impact of potential threats, while the base is formed by the three boxes, acting as the foundation of a robust security strategy. This holistic approach ensures that security is not only reactive but also proactive, allowing for a deeper understanding of vulnerabilities and how best to mitigate them across different layers of the organization.
